Compass set for national roll out

National roll-out of Compass, one of Lloydspharmacy's electronic prescription service-compatible pharmacy systems, has been authorised by NHS Connecting for Health.

Ten systems have now been deemed compliant with release 1 of the electronic prescription service and given the go-ahead for national deployment. Early implementer sites are due to go live with release 2 of the EPS in October 2007.
