PSNC guide to lobbying MPs

A guide to help pharmacy contractors and local pharmaceutical committee representatives lobby their MPs has been revamped by the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PDF 220K).

The updated document, launched last week by the PSNC, looks at how to prepare for an MP’s visit to the pharmacy and sets out lobbying points that can be highlighted during the tour.

Dipen Shah, PSNC head of public relations, commented: “It is important that pharmacy contractors engage with their local MP. This guide will help contractors effectively lobby their MP on issues that affect community pharmacy, both locally and nationally.”
