Nottingham's split MPharm accredited

The University of Nottingham's split MPharm degree (PJ, 24 June 2006, p761) — where two years are spent studying at the university's campus in Malaysia and two years are spent studying in the UK — has been fully accredited by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.

It is the first time a course that is delivered in part outside Europe has been accredited by the Society. Following successful completion of a preregistration training year in the UK, Malaysia or Singapore, graduates will be able to practise in that country.
