Regional wholesalers Mawdsleys, Norchem and Maltbys are to join forces to combat profit and competition threats within the wholesaling sector.

The companies have developed a collective strategic vision centred around new promotional and service programmes. Although the three companies will retain their independence, Norchem and Mawdsleys have come to an agreement whereby Mawdsleys will provide buying, IT, administrative, sales and marketing services to Norchem.
