National Pharmacy Association intends to sharpen its focus

The National Pharmacy Association is to sharpen its focus on the needs of its members, Alison White, NPA chief executive, told conference participants at the Pharmacy Show, held in Birmingham this week.

She explained that she would be leading a process of change to modernise the association. One change relates to the NPA’s information department. “First, we will be investing significant sums to upgrade both our IT and telephone systems.

“The second change is more tangible. In the early part of next year the information department will be extending its hours to Saturday mornings and later evenings. So when you are open, so will we be.”
