National Pharmacy Association set for staff shake-up

Changes are to be made to the staff and structure of the National Pharmacy Association, its chief executive has revealed.

Alison White told The Journal: “All companies need to keep in close touch with their customers and markets. Sometimes, this means that changes need to be made in order to ensure that this continues to be the case.

“ As a trade association, the first responsibility of the NPA is to its members, and their needs will always come first. Against this background, we are proposing some changes to our staff and structure to ensure that the needs of our members continue to be at the top of our agenda.

“ We have exciting plans for improved services, products, implementation support and representation for our members that will be rolled out over the coming year.”
She added that details of her plans would be released soon.
