Pharmacy Now is “unique tool” for English board
The November 2007 issue of Pharmacy Now, the e-newsletter of the English Pharmacy Board, is now available via the Royal
Pharmaceutical Society’s website
The latest edition includes a feature on Pharmacy 2020, the “Big
interview” with Jeremy Holmes, the Society’s Chief Executive
and Registrar, and Paul Bennett, EPB chairman, explains how the board
is helping to reduce obstacles for the provision of enhanced services
for pharmacists in England.
Pharmacy Now is part of the ongoing work that the EPB is undertaking
in order to engage with pharmacists in England.
Paul Bennett says: “Pharmacy Now is a unique tool for communicating
in an English-centric perspective and is becoming increasingly important
for both the board and the members. Hits on the website have been on
the increase consistently each month since we first launched in December
2006. This proves the value of what we are doing, and the board is determined
to engage with members in this way to keep them fully involved in the
activities of the EPB.”
