Smoking cessation funds

Scottish health boards will continue to receive funding for smoking cessation services next year (2008). A total of £11m will be split between the health boards during 2008–09.

Asked whether any money would be allocated to pharmacy-based services, a Government spokeswoman said this would be up to each board.
