Fitness to practise declaration reminder

By now, all members will have received their application for retention on the Register. The Society reminds members to make their annual fitness to practise declaration by 19 December 2007.

Members who have not yet made a declaration can do so online

Direct debit payments If a member’s declaration is not received by the deadline, any direct debit arrangement for retention fee payment will be cancelled and he or she will be asked to make the declaration and pay using another method.
