Misapprehension

Although at first glance the winning caption (PJ, 5/12 January 2008, p13) seems apposite, the panel of judges appears to be unaware that the child is not seated on a potty but on a training seat, specifically designed to encourage a child to sit upright.

Chris Osborne, John and Jane Smith and John Taylor are all under the same misapprehension. In my view, the caption from Shelley Chapman is far more appropriate.
