Guidance on the management of Controlled Drugs in secondary care was published this week by the Scottish Government.

It covers procuring, storing, supplying, transporting, prescribing, administering, recording and disposing of CDs. The guidance was produced in response to the regulatory changes made under the Health Act 2006.
