Ash to leave Lloydspharmacy

Lloydspharmacy’s managing director Justin Ash is leaving the company.

Mr Ash is moving to Oasis Healthcare — a private equity-backed health business and provider of dental care — where he will be chief executive officer. His place at Lloydspharmacy will be taken by Richard Smith, who has been the company’s chief operations and commercial director for the past three years. Before that, Mr Smith worked for the Somerfield supermarket chain.
