New-design MUR forms can now be used across Wales

New-design medicines use review forms can now be used in Wales, following legislative changes that will appear in the April 2008 Drug Tariff.

The form has been reduced to two sides of A4 and redesigned to improve communication between GPs and pharmacists (PJ, 22/29 December 2007, p701).

A six-month overlap period during which old and news forms can be used will run until 3 September 2008.
