Parallel traders complainParallel traders have complained to the EC that a government-endorsed dual pricing scheme in Spain restricts competition and consumer choice. In Spain, pharmaceutical companies are allowed to charge wholesalers higher prices for medicines that are to be exported than for medicines for domestic use. Pfizer, Lilly, MSD, Sanofi and Janssen have all adopted dual-pricing policies. |
