Duthie On 21 October 2007, Herbert Lindsay Duthie, aged 92, of Ti Gwenn, Breckon Hill, Ushaw Moor, Durham DH7 7LL.

Mr Duthie registered in 1939 and retired from the Register in 2000.


Hazlehurst On 26 March, Ernest Hazlehurst, MRPharmS, aged 91, of 44 Blackhall Croft, Blackhall Road, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 4UU.

Mr Hazlehurst registered in 1941.


Styles Recently, Raymond Eric Styles, aged 82, of 43 West End, Cottingham, North Humberside HU16 5PW.

Mr Styles registered in 1954 and retired from the Register in 2006.
