P2P scheme

Pharmacists at 23 branches of the National Co-operative Chemists in south Wales could soon begin talking to patients with depression about any concerns they may have about their medication.

Ethical approval is being sought for the scheme, called Pharmacist to Patient (P2P), a joint initiative between NCC and GlaxoSmithKline's +Plus range of medicines support services (see page 13).
