Paterson C, Britten N. Organising primary health care for people with asthma: the patient's perspective. Br J Gen Pr 2000;50:299-303.

Semi-structured interviews were carried out in a nurse-run asthma clinic to determine patients' views on the organisation of their asthma care. There was an even split between patients who wanted to be seen regularly and those who wanted to attend only when they needed help.
