A new project featuring regular consultations at community pharmacies for patients
with Parkinson's Disease has recruited its pharmacists and is about to be launched.

structured information and advice

Contacts card
The Parkinson’s Disease Society has produced credit card sized contact cards that list
its details and these could made available to any community pharmacist. The society’s drug
information booklet offers advice and descriptions of the main drugs used and those whose use
should be avoided in people with Parkinson’s disease. For more information contact the
