Medicines management

A resource pack is available to help community pharmacists plan and deliver medicines management services from their pharmacies.

The pack has been developed by the Company Chemists’ Association, the Co-operative Pharmacy Association, the National Pharmacy Association, the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
