Regaine Regular Strength

Pharmacia Ltd has asked the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency to reclassify Regaine Regular Strength (minoxidil 2 per cent solution) as a general sale list medicine. Regaine Regular Strength is currently a pharmacy medicine and is used to treat alopecia androgenetica (male pattern baldness) in men and women.

Consultation period: to 1 July 2002.
