Novartis consumer Health has asked the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency to reclassify Scopoderm TTS, a hyoscine 1.5mg transdermal patch usedas prophylaxis against motion sickness, as a pharmacy medicine. Scopoderm TTS is currently a prescription medicine and will be renamed Scopoderm 1.5mg Patch for pharmacy sale.
