Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society’s Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences will be held on Tuesday 25 September, 2001, at 1.15pm, in room Dochart 1 at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre, Glasgow, during the British Pharmaceutical Conference.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Minutes of the meeting held at Room 10A International Conference Centre, Birmingham, on Tuesday 12 September 2000.

2. Matters arising from the minutes and not included in the agenda.

3. Membership of the committee and election of new members.

4. Development of the academy: report of the committee chairman; report of the treasurer; changes to the constitution; review of forward programme of symposia.

5. Conference Science Chairman’s report of the 2001 British Pharmaceutical Conference.

6. British Pharmaceutical Conferences: BPC 2002; BPC 2003.

7. Report on symposia held in 2000–01.

8. Awards and medals: Conference science award 2001 — announcement of the recipient; Conference science award 2002; Harrison medal 2002 — announcement of the recipient.

9. Any other business.
