Alterations to the Byelaws: Statutory fees (11 August 2001)

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section XXVII of the Byelaws that the Council of the Society has approved proposals to alter the Byelaws as hereunder and that they intend to make such alterations after the expiry of 60 days from the date of this notice.

SECTION II

  • Paragraph 2 delete the figures “£142” and substitute the figures “£186”. *
  • Paragraph 2 (ii) delete the figures “£142” and substitute the figures “£186”. *
  • Paragraph 2 (iii) delete the figures “£80” and substitute the figures “£105”. *
  • Paragraph 2 (iii) delete the figures “£62” and substitute the figures “£81”. *
  • Paragraph 2 (iv) delete the figures “£19” and substitute the figures “£20”. *
  • Paragraph 2 (iv) (a) delete the figures “£61” and substitute the figures “£85”. *
  • Paragraph 2 (iv) (b) delete the figures “£62” and substitute the figures “£81”. *
  • Paragraph 2 (iv) (b) delete the figures “£142” and substitute the figures “£186”. *
  • Paragraph 2 (v) delete the figures “£69” and substitute the figures “£90”. *
  • Paragraph 7 delete the figures “£306” and substitute the figures “£355”. *

SECTION XIX

  • Paragraph 2 (b) delete the figures “£141” and substitute the figures “£185”. *
  • Paragraph 4 (d) delete the figures “£141” and substitute the figures “£185”. *
  • Paragraph 5 (b) delete the figures “£141” and substitute the figures “£185”. *
  • Paragraph 6 (e) (ii) delete the figures “£379” and substitute the figures “£417”. *
  • Paragraph 6 (e) (iii) delete the figures “£141” and substitute the figures “£185”. *

SECTION XX

  • Paragraph 3 delete the figures “£141” and substitute the figures “£185”. *

NOTE: Premises fees are fixed by regulation of the Secretary of State for the Department of Health to whom the Council will make application for the registration fee to be increased from £143 to £150, the retention fee to be increased from £92 to £97 and the restoration fee to be increased from £295 to £310 as from January 1, 2002.
