High Court decision

On 20 December 2001, an appeal by Felix Owolabi Olubunmi Kuforiji against the Statutory Committee's direction to the Registrar given on 24 May 2001 that his name be removed from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists was heard at the High Court before Lord Justice Kennedy and Mrs Justice Hallett. Mr Kuforiji lost his appeal and his name was removed from the Register by virtue of the original direction of the Statutory Committee on the same day, 20 December 2001.
