Statutory Committee inquiries

The Statutory Committee will meet at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, 1 Lambeth High Street, London SE1, on Monday 25, Tuesday 26 and, if necessary, Wednesday 27 February 2002, at 10am, to hear an inquiry into a complaint by the Council against a pharmacist which includes allegations that the sale of five 100mg Viagra tablets to an investigative reporter in the absence of a valid prescription and failure to ensure that accurate records of Viagra transactions were kept may amount to misconduct.
