Statutory Committee inquiries

The Statutory Committee will meet at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, 1 Lambeth High Street, London SE1 7, on Monday 18, Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 March 2002, at 10am on each day, to hear (1) a resumed inquiry into a complaint against a superintendent pharmacist and company which alleges that the practices adopted in the preparation of medicinal products to be administered to patients by injection failed to comply with Standard Four of the Code of Ethics and Professional Standards and may amount to misconduct.

The Statutory Committee will further meet on Thursday 21 March 2002 at 10am to hear (2) an inquiry into a complaint by the Council of the Society against a pharmacist which alleges that attending for work whilst unfit to undertake duties as pharmacist in charge may amount to misconduct.
