Statutory Committee decisions

Set out below is the outcome of recent inquiries heard before the Statutory Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.

On Monday 18 and Tuesday 19 March 2002, in the inquiry into Kisor Khandubhai Solanky and Prepack Direct Ltd, both of 6 Mowbray Road, New Barnet, Barnet, Hertfordshire, the committee, having found misconduct established, resolved to reprimand Mr Solanky and to take no further action against the Company.

On Thursday 21 March 2002, in the inquiry into Alexander Harper, of 20 Thornhill Road, Streetly, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, the committee found misconduct establish and resolved to adjourn Mr Harper's inquiry to September 2003.
