Statutory Committee decisionsSet out below is the outcome of recent inquiries heard before the Statutory Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. On Monday 17 March 2003, in the resumed inquiry into Adrian Stuart Lister Martin, of 80 Welwyndale Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, the committee, having found misconduct established, resolved to reprimand Mr Martin. In the inquiry into Derek Michael Evans, of 19 Carlisle Avenue, St Albans, Hertfordshire, and Freeman Grieve Ltd, of 111–113 St Peter's Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, the committee, having found misconduct established, resolved to reprimand Mr Evans; as far as the company was concerned the committee resolved to take no further action. On Tuesday 18 March 2003, in the resumed inquiries into Michael Robert Lawrie, of 3 Breton, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, the committee, having found misconduct established, resolved to reprimand Mr Lawrie. In the application for restoration of Marlon Banda, of 43 Summerfield Street, Ballymena, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, the committee resolved that there was no case to answer and directed that the name of Mr Banda should be restored to the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists. On Wednesday 19 March 2003, in the inquiry into Ian Bell, of 19 Dunottar Avenue, Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland, and Bellpharm Ltd, of 9a Lealholm Crescent, Ormesby, Middlesbrough, Cleveland, the committee, having found misconduct established, resolved to reprimand Mr Bell; as far as the company was concerned, the committee resolved to take no further action M.
