Statutory Committee decisions
Set out below are the outcomes of recent inquiries heard before the Statutory
Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
On Wednesday 13 August 2003, in the inquiry into James Clark, of 73 Corporation
Road, Darlington, County Durham; the Committee, having found the misconduct
established, resolved to adjourn the inquiry for 12 months. In the inquiry
into Amarjit Singh Sidhu, of 86 Harborne Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham,
the Committee, having found the misconduct established, resolved to reprimand
Mr Sidhu.
On Thursday 14 August 2003, in the resumed inquiry into Peter
Samuel Rees, of Tongwynlais Pharmacy, 17 Merthyr Road, Tongwynlais, Cardiff,
the Committee, having found the misconduct established, resolved to reprimand
Mr Rees. In the application for restoration of Anthony Clive
Jones, of
13 Wood Street, Burnopfield, Newcastle Upon Tyne, the Committee resolved
to direct that the name of Mr Jones should be restored to the Register
of Pharmaceutical Chemists.
