Statutory Committee inquiries

The Statutory Committee will meet at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, 1 Lambeth High Street, London SE1, at 9.45am on Monday 20 October 2003, Tuesday 21 October 2003, Wednesday 22 October 2003 and Thursday 23 October 2003 to hear the following inquiries and applications:

Monday 20 October
1. An inquiry into a pharmacist convicted of theft.
2. An inquiry into the case of a pharmacist convicted of driving with an alcohol level which exceeded the prescribed limit.

Tuesday 21 October
3. A resumed inquiry into a complaint by the Council of the Society against a superintendent pharmacist and company which alleges that the superintendent’s failure to ensure that the correct medicine was supplied by the pharmacy and to identify the pharmacist responsible for the error may amount to
misconduct.

Wednesday 22 October
4. An application for restoration from a person whose name has been removed from the Register.
5. An application for restoration from a person whose name has been removed from the Register.

Thursday 23 October
6. An inquiry into the case of a pharmacist convicted of eight counts of false accounting.
7. An inquiry into the case of a pharmacist convicted of two counts of theft.
8. An inquiry into the case of a pharmacist convicted of two counts of indecent assault.
