In the new inquiry into the case of Robert Michael Anderson, of 28 Parkside, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, the committee, having found the allegations of misconduct proved, resolved to direct the Registrar to remove Mr Anderson’s name from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists. Under Section 11 of the Pharmacy Act 1954, this direction is not to take effect until the expiration of a period of three months from the date on which notice of removal is given or, in a case where an appeal has been brought against the direction, until the appeal is determined or withdrawn.
