Statutory Committee decision

Set out below are the outcomes of recent inquiries heard before the Statutory Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.

On Monday 22 November 2004, in the resumed inquiry into Julian Mark Wyatt, of ABC Drug Stores 196-198 Portobello Road, London W11, and ABC Drug Stores Ltd, of 16 Lansdowne Road, London SW20, the committee determined to issue Mr Wyatt with a reprimand and to take no further action against the company.

In the restoration application of David Emanuel, whose last known address is 85 Mount Pleasant Road, London NW10, the committee determined not to grant his application.

On Tuesday 23 November and Wednesday 24 November 2004, in the new inquiry into Orbis Consumer Products Ltd, of Unit 31, Northfields Industrial Estate, Beresford Avenue, Wembley, Middlesex and Hitesh Govind Vaghjiani and Kamlesh Govind Vaghjiani, both of 10 Braemar Gardens, Colindale, London NW9, the committee adjourned to reach its decision, which it will deliver on a future date.
