Statutory Committee

Set out below are the outcomes of recent inquiries heard before the Statutory Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.

On Wednesday 20 April and Thursday 21 April 2005, in the new inquiry into Joseph Karl Francois (registration number 61723) and DH Roberts (Kentish Town) Ltd (registration number 1001471), the Committee determined to issue Mr Francois with a reprimand and to take no further action against DH Roberts (Kentish Town) Ltd subject to an undertaking that all business is wound up as soon as possible and no later than 31 October 2005.

In the inquiry into Robert Mark Nicholson (registration number 70435) and Pak Kao Ho (registration number 74861), the Committee determined to issue Mr Nicholson with a reprimand and Mr Ho with a reprimand.

In the inquiry into Gillian Eldridge (registration number 68186), the Committee decided to adjourn the case for 18 months subject to certain undertakings.

In the inquiry into Shital Nilesh Popat (registration No 84548) and PIL Ltd (registration number 1086946), the Committee decided to adjourn to a future date.

In the inquiry into Nigel Kevin Carpenter (registration number 79595), the Committee decided to adjourn to a future date.
