Erasure from the Register on the direction of the Statutory Committee

The names of the following persons were erased from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists on 23 May 2005 following the decision of the High Court on the same date to uphold the direction of the Statutory Committee at its meeting on 21 October 2004:

Christopher Charles Chanin (registration number 79455), of Prenton, Merseyside

Lynda Jane Chanin (registration number 70625), of Prenton, Merseyside.
