Statutory Committee decisions

Set out below are the outcomes of inquiries heard before the Statutory Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain on Monday 20 June, Tuesday 21 June, Wednesday 22 June and Thursday 23 June 2005.

In the new inquiry into Sejule Shah (registration number 1069693), the committee decided to issue Mr Shah with a reprimand.

In the new inquiry into Alan Roch (registration number 67574) and Honeysgreen Pharmacy Ltd (identification number 1088653), the committee decided to adjourn and deliver its determination in July 2005.

In the new inquiry into Peter Ian Herman (registration number 63167), the committee decided to adjourn until July 2005.

In the new inquiry into Rajesh Chaganbhai Mistry (registration number 91540) and The House of Mistry Ltd (ID Number 1084647), the committee decided to adjourn to a future date.

In the new inquiry into Jayantilal Raichand Shah (registration number 69625), the committee decided to take no further action against Mr Shah.
