Erasure from the Register on the direction of the Statutory Committee

The name of the following person was erased from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists on 14 December 2005 following the decision of the High Court on 13 December 2005 to uphold the direction of the Statutory Committee at its meeting on 24 February 2005: Allan Stuart Black (registration number 70782), of Cheadle, Cheshire.
