Erasures from the Register of Pharmacy Technicians for non-payment
of fee

On 28 January 2006, The Pharmaceutical Journal published
a list of persons whose name had been removed from the Voluntary
Register
of Pharmacy Technicians for non-payment of the annual retention
fee.
Mrs Susan Lisa Lander (formerly PT1081976) was included
in
this list.
The Royal Pharmaceutical Society wishes to make
it clear that Mrs Lander was removed from the Register following
an application
for voluntary removal. |
The names of a number of persons have been removed from the Register of Pharmacy Technicians under Rule 11(2)(a) of the pharmacy technician (voluntary registration) protocol 2005-06, as a consequence of a breach of Rule 12(1)(a), non-payment of the annual retention fee.
