Erasures from Registers for non-payment of fees

The names of a number of persons have been removed from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists and a number of premises have been removed from the Register of Premises for non-payment of fees for 2006. The lists set out below are published for the benefit of employers, NHS trusts, local health authorities/boards, the public and others. Registration numbers are given in parentheses.

The list of former pharmacists may include the names of deceased members whose deaths have not been notified to the Society, and the Society would welcome information in such instances. Any individual who believes their name is wrongly listed is requested to contact the registration division (tel 020 7572 2322).
