Statutory Committee decision

Set out below is the outcome of the inquiry heard before the Statutory Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain on Monday 21, Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 August 2006:

1. The inquiry into a complaint by the Council of the Society against Omotayo Enitan Adekaiyaoja (registration number 1062304), Martyn James Hardy (registration number 71137) and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd (identification number 1003528) was adjourned for the committee to deliver their determination at a later date.
