Disciplinary Committee

The Disciplinary Committee will meet at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain on Wednesday 11 July 2007, Thursday 12 July 2007 and Friday 13 July 2007 to hear the following matters:

1. The new inquiry into a complaint by the Council of the Society against Mazair Iqbal (registration number 85616) which alleges that the supply of 56 x gliclazide 80mg tablets labelled bumetanide 1mg tablets with the direction “take one at 09:00” in response to a prescription calling for 56 x bumetanide 1mg tablets with the direction “one to be taken in the morning”, may amount to misconduct.

2. An application for restoration to the register on behalf of Yui Pui Tsang (previous registration number 81506).

3. An application for restoration to the register on behalf of Bhupinder Singh Bharj (previous registration number 72660).
