Health Committee interim orders

On Monday 30 July 2007, the Health Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain made an order under Article 54 of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007 that the registration of Bhavini Patel (registration number 74677) be conditional, for a period of 18 months, on her compliance with the following requirements: to adhere to the medical conditions as set out by the Health Committee; not to undertake any on-call duties, weekend work, out-of-hours work or extended hours work; to remain under the supervision of a workplace supervisor approved by the Society who shall be a registered pharmacist and to allow the Society to exchange regular progress reports from the approved workplace supervisor; to notify all employers or contractors of the matters under consideration by the Society and of the conditions in this order and in the case of prospective employers this notification must be given at the time of application and to inform in writing the Society’s Fitness to Practise Directorate before undertaking any position in the UK or elsewhere for which registration is required. This order is subject to review within six months.

On Monday 30 July 2007, the Health Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain made an order under Article 54 of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007 that the registration of Damiyanti Patel (registration number 73773) be suspended for a period of 12 months. This order is subject to review within six months.
