Disciplinary Committee inquiries

The Disciplinary Committee will meet at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, 1 Lambeth High Street, London SE1, at 9.30am on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 September 2007 to hear the following matters:

1. The committee will resume the inquiry into a complaint by the Council of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society against Bharat Kumar Kalyanji Suchak (registration number 68280) which alleges that wrongly endorsing prescriptions to indicate that small pack sizes had been dispensed, when in fact larger pack sizes had been dispensed; submitting the wrongly endorsed prescriptions to the NHS prescription pricing authority for payment; and receiving overpayments for items dispensed, may amount to misconduct.

2. The committee will resume the inquiry into a complaint by the Council of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society against Adegboyega Bolarinwa Claudius Salako (registration number 66018) which alleges that the supply of excessive quantities of glyceryl trinitrate, Didronel PMO and Oramorph oral solution may amount to misconduct.
