Disciplinary Committee: interim order

On Tuesday 2 October 2007, the Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain made an order under Article 54 of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007, that the registration of John Henry Charles Edwards (registration number 65093) be conditional, for a period of 18 months, on his compliance with the following requirements: to transfer from the practising register to the non-practising register and not to transfer back to the practising register until the conclusion of the principal matter before the Disciplinary Committee. This order is subject to review within six months.
