Regulations to fully supersede Byelaw Sections III, IV, V, VII, XV, XVI and the Second Schedule of the Byelaws and to partially supersede Section II of the Byelaws

SUMMARY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Article 10 of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's Supplemental Charter 2004 that in pursuance of articles 9(2) and 10 of the said Charter the Council of the Society has made regulations as hereunder to entirely supersede Byelaw Sections III, IV, V, VII, XV, XVI and the Second Schedule of the Byelaws and to partially supersede Section II of the Byelaws.
