Disciplinary Committee

On Friday 4, Wednesday 9, and Friday 11 January 2008 the Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society made the following directions under the Statutory Committee rules (as provided for in the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007):

1. Following the inquiry into Khalid Hag-Ali (registration number F785) the committee resolved to reprimand Mr Hag-Ali.

2. Following an application, the committee directed that the inquiries into Bhagyachandra Jivandas Tanna (registration number 69540) and Lalit Kumar Jivandas Haridas Tanna (registration number 73486) should be stayed.

3. Following the inquiry into Ashokkumar Jivandas Haridas Tanna (registration number 73497) the committee resolved to reprimand Mr Tanna.
