Registration Appeals Committee

On Friday 18 January 2008 the Registration Appeals Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain made the following directions under the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (Registration Rules) Order of Council 2007:

1. Following an appeal against the decision of the Registrar to refuse to register Shahina Mohamed, of Bolton, Lancashire, the committee resolved to allow the appeal.

2. Following an appeal against the decision of the Registrar to refuse to register Yunis Nazir, of Bath, the committee resolved to allow the appeal.
