Disciplinary Committee

The Disciplinary Committee will meet at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, 1 Lambeth High Street, London SE1, at 9.30am on Monday 7, Tuesday 8, Wednesday 9, Thursday 10 and Friday 11 April 2008 to hear the following matters:

1. The Statutory Committee inquiry into a complaint by the Council of the Society against Carl Gregory Dyson (registration number 84253) which alleges that breaches of the Society’s Code of Ethics and Standards may amount to misconduct.

2. The Statutory Committee inquiry into a complaint by the Council of the Society against Rukhsana Nadiadi (registration number 72490) which alleges that breaches of the Society’s Code of Ethics and Standards may amount to misconduct.

3. The Committee will review conditions imposed on the registration of Bhupinder Singh Bharj (registration number 72660) on 12 July 2007.

4. The application for restoration to the Register on behalf of Trevor Sherlock.

5. The application for restoration to the Register on behalf of James Robert Cranston Tugby.

6. The application for restoration to the Register on behalf of Rabinder Thind.
