CORRECTION (9 August 2008)
Incorrect information was supplied to The Journal concerning the suspension of Mubbina Shafait Hashmi from the Register of Pharmacists.

Ms Hashmi was suspended for 12 months, not 18 as stated.

On Wednesday 7 May 2008 the Health Committee of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain directed that the interim order relating to the registration of Mubbina Shafait Hashmi (registration number 3000656), made on 14 November 2007, should remain in force. This order is subject to review within six months.

On 14 November 2007 the Committee made an order that Ms Hashmi’s registration be suspended for a period of 18 months.
