Disciplinary Committee inquiries

The Disciplinary Committee will meet at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain on Tuesday 27, Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 May 2008 at 9.30am to hear the following matters:

1. The Statutory Committee inquiry into Sanjay Janubhai Patel (registration number 76827) who on 28 July 2006 at Oxford Crown Court was convicted of seven counts of false accounting.

2. The Statutory Committee inquiry into Samir Patel (registration number 74641) who on 30 October 2006 at Lewes Crown Court was convicted of: supplying a Controlled Drug to another (Diconal); supplying a Controlled Drug to another (Fentanyl, Durogesic); four counts of contravening regulations made under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. A further 134 offences of contravening regulations made under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 were taken into account by the court.

3. The application for restoration on behalf of Ziad Khattab (previous registration number 1067963).
