RECALL: SP10 Drug Tariff dressing packs

Unichem and Waymade have recalled some batches of Drug Tariff Specification 10 (SP10) dressing packs because the packs may not have been adequately sterilised and may present a risk of infection if used. Recipients are requested to isolate packs with the following batch numbers and return them to the supplier:

Unichem Plc Dressing Pack Sterile Spec 10 UNIC 12, batch 29407/19.05

Waymade Healthcare Plc Sovereign Surgical Dressing Pack Spec10, batch RP 778397
